It started with a simple realization...
The way most homes are cared for is reactive.
An inspection when something feels wrong. A repair after damage shows up. A test when symptoms won’t go away.
For many families — especially those navigating mold illness or complex health conditions — that cycle isn’t just inconvenient. It’s exhausting.
We’ve seen how uncertainty about a home’s environment takes a toll. The second-guessing. The fear of something being missed. The sense that no one is truly staying involved.
We now understand more than ever how air quality, moisture behavior, and material performance shape long-term health. But there was no steady, ongoing model connecting that knowledge to the families who need it most. So we built one.
NEST provides steady, health-informed oversight — not just a moment in time, but a long-term partnership. We stay involved. We track change. We help families act early, before small issues become larger ones. Because when health is involved, care shouldn’t disappear after a single visit. It should stay — replacing uncertainty with structure, and fear with hope.
Who is NEST for?
Families living in homes where health, sensitivity, or past water damage has raised the stakes.
We work with families navigating:
- Complex health sensitivities influenced by indoor environments (MCAS, CIRS, PANS/ PANDAS, CFS...and more)
- Mold and moisture-related home concerns
- Chemical sensitivity
- Post-remediation vigilance
- Immune-vulnerable family members
And families who simply want proactive oversight.
Our Approach
Meet Our Founders
After decades in the industry doing inspections and environmental evaluations, one belief became clear: families shouldn’t have to live in constant uncertainty about their homes.
There is a better way.
NEST was created to bring steadiness where there has been fragmentation, clarity where there has been confusion, and hope where families have felt stuck.
