As part of your ongoing NEST plan, your certified IEP conducts regular yearly or twice-yearly assessments to detect issues early, monitor evolving risks, and ensure your home stays protected long-term.

What credentials do NEST inspectors have?
NEST professionals have varying credentials, each with specific value. Accreditation from ACAC, certifications from the IICRC and membership in the Mycological Society of America are just some of the ways NEST professionals may have continued to develop their moisture/mold evaluation skills.
Do you also remediate?
NEST is an independent assessment and protection model.
We do not perform remediation work as part of the protection plan.
If remediation is required, we connect families with vetted, trusted professionals within our network and can provide oversight and verification guidance as needed.
