The Protection Plan was built for families who want steadiness — not snapshots. Instead of relying on one-time inspections, your home is evaluated, documented, and managed within a continuous standard of care. No guesswork. No fragmentation. Just clarity and coordinated action over time. Our defined four-step model creates continuity, accountability, and long-term stability.

How NEST Works

Nest_Connect

Connect

We begin by pairing you with a NEST Provider — an experienced Indoor Environmental Professional (IEP) who holds respected industry credentials and operates within our standards for preventative, structured home oversight.

Each NEST Provider:

  • Is trained in the NEST framework and standard of care
  • Commits to ongoing, consistent oversight — not one-time inspection work
  • Holds recognized industry credentials (IICRC, IAQA, NORMI)

Your relationship begins with a comprehensive intake call, where we:

  • Review your home’s history and maintenance patterns
  • Discuss any environmental or health-related concerns
  • Establish a documented baseline for long-term tracking

From there, we schedule your first full-home evaluation and begin structured oversight.

Nest_Inspect

Assess

Your certified NEST Provider conducts structured, full-home evaluations on a recurring schedule. These inspections are designed to identify early warning signs, monitor evolving risks, and document changes over time — long before small issues become larger disruptions.

Each evaluation includes assessment of:

  • Moisture dynamics and water intrusion risk
  • Airflow patterns and ventilation performance
  • Building materials and visible structural conditions
  • Mechanical systems and areas prone to environmental stress
  • Signs of deterioration, instability, or environmental imbalance

These inspections are designed to identify early warning signs, monitor evolving risks, and document changes — long before small issues become larger disruptions.

Protect

Your NEST Provider translates inspection data into a structured, Protection Record. Rather than a one-time report, this living document preserves performance history, tracks evolving conditions, and refines preventative strategy over time.

Rather than a one-time snapshot, each visit builds upon your documented baseline.

  • We track trends over time
  • Identify subtle shifts
  • Provide informed, prioritized guidance
  • Strengthen long-term resilience

Structured oversight means your home is understood in context — not evaluated in isolation.

Findings are organized by impact and urgency — not just listed.

  • Tiered risk categorization
  • Health and structural significance weighting
  • Preventative intervention guidance
  • Clear action sequencing

Protection means managing risk before it compounds.

  • Risk-prioritized action sequencing
  • Defined scope clarity

Work is coordinated — not improvised.

Who is NEST for?

Families living in homes where health, sensitivity, and mold exposure have raised the stakes.

We work with families navigating:

  • Complex health sensitivities influenced by indoor
environments (MCAS, CIRS, PANS/ PANDAS, CFS...and more)
  • Mold and moisture-related home concerns
  • Chemical sensitivity
  • Post-remediation vigilance
  • Immune-vulnerable family members

And families who simply want proactive oversight.
